Point
◎穿刺位置は解剖学的位置を参考にしつつ，可能な限りエコーを用いて決定する．
◎腹水漏出は合併症として頻度が高い．Zトラック法で穿刺するように心がける．
◎稀な合併症についても確認し，適切に対処できるようになる．
