尿路感染症アップデート

Point
◎尿路感染症は単純性尿路感染症と複雑性尿路感染症に分類され，両群においては推定される起因菌が異なる．
◎初期抗菌薬は，推定される起因菌と地域ごとの抗菌薬感受性（ローカルファクター），疾患の重症度を考慮して決定する．
◎合併症がない場合，単純性尿路感染症では7日以下，複雑性尿路感染症の場合には10〜14日間の抗菌薬治療期間が一般的には推奨される．
◎複雑性尿路感染症においても，患者背景によっては7日間の短期治療を行う妥当性を担保するエビデンスが蓄積されてきている．
