帯状疱疹ワクチン—生ワクチン，サブユニットワクチンの効果の違いと使い分け

Point
◎小児への水痘ワクチンの定期接種により水痘帯状疱疹ウイルスの自然曝露が減少し，高齢者の帯状疱疹が増加した．
◎2016年に50歳以上の帯状疱疹の予防を目的に乾燥弱毒生水痘ワクチンの適応が拡大され，2018年にアジュバンド添加サブユニット帯状疱疹ワクチンが承認された．
◎サブユニットワクチンは生ワクチンに比べ帯状疱疹発症予防効果に優れるうえに，生ワクチンが接種できない免疫不全患者にも接種可能になった．
