Question14　20歳男性．主訴「悪心・水様性下痢」
現病歴　本日から悪心，水様性下痢が始まった．下痢が止まらず，悪心も改善しないため救急外来を受診した．海外渡航歴はなく，抗菌薬使用歴はなし．昨日生カキを食べ，家族にも同様症状者がいるとのこと．
既往歴　特記すべきことなし．
