Question30　30歳女性．主訴「多関節痛」
現病歴　生来健康．3カ月前から，起床時に60分続く両手指のこわばりを自覚するようになった．2カ月前から両手首，手指の関節の痛みが出現するようになり，受診した．先行する感染はなし．経過中，発熱や体重減少，皮疹などは認めていない．将来の挙児希望はあるが，現在予定はない．
既往歴・家族歴　特記すべきことなし．
