Question114　63歳男性．主訴「指がジンジンする」
現病歴　約2年前から右環指尺側から小指にかけてジンジンする感じが出現した．次第にジンジン感は常時出現するようになり，指で物をつかみにくくなったため，外来受診した．
既往歴　2型糖尿病．
