Point
◎急性心不全における腎機能増悪（worsening renal function：WRF）には，予後良好な“pseudo-WRF”と予後不良な“true-WRF”がある．
◎利尿薬抵抗性は，利尿薬の調節やpseudo/true WRFを見極める手助けとなる．
