Point
◎cardio-renal-anemia（CRA）症候群は，心不全，慢性腎臓病と貧血が合併しやすいという概念である．
◎エリスロポエチン製剤（ESA）を投与すると，すべてが改善しうるという概念ではない．
◎海外のガイドラインでは，心不全や冠動脈疾患を合併する軽度〜中等度の腎性貧血には，ESAの非投与が推奨されている．
◎CRA症候群は，最近ではcardiorenal-iron dificiency syndrome（CRIDS），cardiorenal-anemia-iron dificiency syndrome（CRAIDS）といった鉄に注目した概念に変わりつつある．
◎CRA症候群のエビデンスのある解決手法は，鉄剤とSGLT2阻害薬の投与である．
