◎腎硬化症は，超高齢化社会に伴い透析導入の原疾患の第2位となって以降，経年的に増加傾向にある．
◎腎予後・生命予後ともに悪く，今後も増加が予想される腎硬化症の診断・治療について考えることは急務である．
