Point
◎老年者の腎機能評価では，必要に応じてシスタチンCなど，筋肉量やサルコペニアの影響を受けにくい指標を用いる．
◎すでに腎機能が低下している場合が多い老年者では，常に腎機能を意識した薬物処方調整が必要である．
◎腎機能障害がある場合，抗血栓薬とレニン-アンジオテンシン系阻害薬の有害事象発症が多いため，老年者では特に注意して処方する．
◎老年者では，シックデイにおける腎機能の低下を予測した処方管理が重要である．
