◎高齢者は眠れないのが一般的である．
◎Alzheimer型認知症（AD）患者は夜間に眠らない．
◎Lewy小体型認知症（DLB）患者は，昼夜違わず眠気が強い．
◎AD患者の睡眠問題の解決は，患者・介護者の睡眠環境の改善のみならず，進行予防にも効果的である可能性があり，一石三鳥である．
