Point
◎歯科においては睡眠時ブラキシズム（SB）が臨床上，身近で重要な睡眠関連疾患である．
◎本邦における口腔内装置（OA）は，保険制度の違いにより優位性や課題が海外とは大きく異なる．
◎閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症候群（OSAS）患者は，歯周病をはじめとする歯科疾患の罹患率が高い．
◎矯正治療をはじめとするOA以外の歯科的アプローチにはエビデンスが不足している．
◎OSASの歯科的アプローチには円滑な医科歯科連携が不可欠である．
