Point
◎2018年に，国際パーキンソン運動障害協会（International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society：IPMDS）によって新たな振戦の分類基準が発表された．
◎新しい分類基準では，本態性振戦（essential tremor：ET）が再定義され，“ET plus”（ジストニア，運動失調，パーキンソニズムなどの追加の神経学的症状を伴うET）の概念が導入された．
◎随意運動中の振戦の抑制は，Parkinson病における静止時振戦の特徴である．
◎心因性振戦には診断基準はなく，診断は慎重な病歴と神経学的検査に基づいて行われる．特徴として，変動性，注意散漫性，同調性，一貫性などがある．振戦の始まりは通常突然であり，振戦の振幅，周波数，方向にはばらつきがある．
