Point
◎CTは短時間での検査実施が可能であり，粗大な病変の確認などスクリーニングに適する．
◎ただし，CTの検出感度は高いとは言えず，脳幹梗塞など小さな病変の検出には適していない．
◎MRIは検査時間が長いものの，急性期の梗塞，脳動脈解離など種々の病態の検出に有用である．
◎CT，MRIそれぞれの長所と短所を理解し，臨床経過から推測される病態に応じた画像検査の選択を行う必要がある．
