Point
◎「心因性」という言葉はあまり治療的でないことが多く，なるべく使用しない．
◎機能性神経障害は幅広い概念であり，心理学的要因の修飾なども含めた脳機能の変化が基になっていると考える．
◎機能性神経障害は除外診断で考えるのではなく，基本的には陽性徴候から診断するべきである．
◎機能性神経障害は精神障害と併存することも多く，身体症状症や変換症との関係も検討すべきである．
◎脳神経内科医による診療そのものが治療的であり意義深く，また心理教育やリハビリテーションを含めた集学的治療が望まれる．
