Point
◎急性心筋梗塞や不安定狭心症を発症する危険性の高い冠動脈病変をvulnerable plaqueと呼ぶ．
◎thin-cap fibroatheroma（TCFA）はプラーク破裂による冠動脈血栓症の前駆病変である．
◎血管内イメージングは冠動脈イベントを発症する危険性の高い病変を同定できる．
◎血管内イメージングは薬物治療による冠動脈プラークの安定化を観察できる．
◎血中LDLコレステロール（LDL-C）値を下げるほど冠動脈プラークは安定化し退縮する．
