Point
◎本邦のコホート研究から，高血圧治療介入への遅れと動脈硬化性疾患発症の関連性が指摘されている．
◎大規模スタディで厳格な降圧管理による脳心血管イベントのリスク低減効果が示されたことから，最新のガイドラインでは，75歳未満成人の降圧目標は130/80 mmHg未満とされた．
◎降圧薬の脳心血管疾患抑制効果は，その種類ではなく，降圧度に依存すると考えられており，速やかな降圧を目指したい．
