◎非飲酒に比べ少量飲酒で冠動脈疾患リスクが低下するJ型の関連が従来提唱されてきた.
◎近年,メンデルランダム化解析の結果よりJ型の関連に疑問を呈する報告がある.
◎アルコールのさまざまな影響を考慮すると,少量飲酒の利益を強調しすぎるのは適切ではない.
◎NaCl相当量5〜15 g/日の範囲で,塩分摂取と循環器疾患リスクは単調増加的関係である.
◎高齢者・ハイリスク者では特に,一律で急激な減塩は避けるべきである.
