家族性高コレステロール血症（FH）知見の進歩

Point
◎急性冠症候群（ACS）患者に占める家族性高コレステロール血症（FH）の割合は高い．
◎FHは早期診断に加え，家族スクリーニングも重要である．
◎成人FH診断基準（2022年版）ではアキレス腱肥厚の定義が下方修正され，超音波検査の基準も設けられた．
◎FH診断基準の3項目の特徴を理解すると，見逃しや過剰診断が減る．
◎FHに対するLDLコレステロール（LDL-C）管理目標値到達率は低く，より積極的な脂質低下療法が望まれる．
