Point
◎高齢発症関節リウマチ（LORA）の一部に，リウマチ性多発筋痛症（PMR）やRS3PE症候群との鑑別困難例が存在する．
◎鑑別診断をしてからステロイド療法を検討する．
◎高疾患活動性，抗CCP抗体陽性LORAはメトトレキサート（MTX），分子標的薬による治療が必要となることが多い．
