Point
◎本邦の日常診療下におけるSjögren症候群（SS）の診断では，厚生省改訂診断基準（1999年）が汎用されてきた．
◎臨床研究や治験の対象患者の選定基準としては，米国リウマチ学会（ACR）/欧州リウマチ学会（EULAR）の一次性SS分類基準（2016年）が国際的には汎用されており，本邦でも広く用いられるようになった．
◎ACR/EULARの一次性SS分類基準（2016年）では，抗SS-A抗体のみが採用され，分類への寄与が小さいとの理由で抗SS-B抗体は不採用となった．
◎SSが疑われるにもかかわらず抗SS-A抗体陰性の場合には，口唇小唾液腺生検の実施に加えて，抗セントロメア抗体の測定も考慮する必要がある．
◎腺型一次性SSでは，眼局所療法，対症療法としての内服療法（セビメリン，ピロカルピン）が主体となる．
