Point
◎若年者の遷延する発熱・倦怠感・炎症反応上昇では，高安動脈炎（TAK）を鑑別に入れる．
◎中高年の不明熱や体重減少で，皮膚・筋骨格系・末梢神経症状などを伴う場合は，結節性多発性動脈炎（PAN）を鑑別に入れる．
◎血管炎の診断の際には鑑別診断が必須であり，特に感染症の除外には細心の注意を払う．
