◎Behçet病（BD）の診断では再発性が重要である．
◎症状が出現したときに，写真などで記録しておいてもらう．
◎本邦では不全型，腸管型の割合が増えており，診断が難しい．
◎BDの治療は軽症と重症で異なる．
