はじめに
　再発した脊髄髄内腫瘍を2回以上にわたって手術する場合，初回手術と違う点はどこか，どのような手術手技が必要で，どうすれば全摘出に成功するか？などの記載は少ない．それは，各症例ごとに条件が違い一律にこうすればよいと言い切れないなど，問題が沢山あるからであろう．しかし手術が難かしくなることだけは確実なようで，Fischerらによると^1）
