Spina bifida occultaに合併した片側腰椎分離症の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　腰椎分離症において，分離が片側性であってもspina bifida occulta（SBO）を合併した場合，分離椎弓は浮動椎弓となり，その異常可動性により症状を呈することがある^1,3,8)．今回われわれは，SBOに合併した片側腰椎分離症の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する．
