劇的な改善を得たspinal dural arteriovenous fistula（AVF）の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Spinal dural AVF は一般に中高年の男性に多く，緩徐に進行する脊髄症状を呈することが知られている^4,13,14)．今回われわれは，短時間で急速にパラプレジアを呈し，その後塞栓術および観血的手術により劇的に改善し得た1例を経験したので報告する．
