Ⅰ．はじめに

　髄膜炎に脳梗塞を合併した症例は小児科領域では数多く報告されている^6,10,12)．われわれは成人
の細菌性・真菌性髄膜炎に脳梗塞を合併した2剖検例を経験したので，臨床経過と病理組織学的所見を検討し，治療上の問題点について考察する．
