側脳室脈絡裂を介した大脳深部への手術到達法

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脈絡裂（choroidal fissure）は側脳室内側壁における脈絡叢付着部で，脳弓と視床・間脳の間に形成される間隙であり，発生学的には胎生8週の時期にvascular pia materが終脳に陥入して形成される．側脳室は脈絡裂を介して，体部では中間帆（velum interpositum）・第三脳室，三角部では迂回槽後部・四丘体槽，下角部では脚槽･迂回槽に通じる．側脳室から脈絡裂を開放することで，これら大脳深部に到達できる．
