Ⅰ．はじめに

　Hemangiopericytomaは全身性に発生し得る腫瘍であるが，頭蓋内に発生するものは全脳腫瘍の約0.2％を占めるに過ぎず比較的稀である．今回われわれは脳内出血で発症した，横静脈洞部より発生したと思われるhemangiopericytomaに静脈洞再建を用いて全摘し，良好な経過を辿った1例を経験したので報告する．
