Ⅰ．は じ め に

　症候性くも膜囊胞は，若年者に発症することが多いが，成人発症例は稀である²²⁾．われわれは後頭円蓋部に局在し，視野障害を発症した症候性くも膜囊胞を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．
