Ⅰ．はじめに

　Isolated angiitis of CNS（以下IAC）は免疫学的機序に基づいた中枢神経の小，中血管を選択的に侵す血管炎である．IACは当初，脳梗塞を頻回に起こし予後不良とされていたが，ステロイドや免疫抑制剤に良好な反応を示すことが判明してきた．今回われわれは頭痛にて発症し，経過中著明な血管狭窄を認めたIACの1例を経験し，その経時的変化を詳細に追跡したので報告する．
