Ⅰ．は じ め に

　Gliomatosis cerebriはグリア系の異型細胞が既存の構築を破壊することなく，複数の脳葉にびまん性に発育し，明瞭な腫瘤を伴わない新生物と定義され³⁾，比較的稀な疾患である．WHO 2000では，由来不明の神経上皮性腫瘍に分類され腫瘤の有無は問われておらず⁷⁾，臨床上，分類上も統一した見解のない疾患である．われわれは放射線治療により1年経た現在も経過良好な1例，さらに化学療法に加え放射線治療，γナイフ治療を行い，腫瘍の縮小を認めた1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する．
