Ⅰ．は じ め に

　腫瘍性頭蓋内出血で発症する髄膜腫の頻度は1.3％～2.4％と報告されている^1,5,6,10)が，急性硬膜下血腫にて発症した髄膜腫の報告は比較的稀である⁴⁾．今回われわれは，急性硬膜下血腫にて発症したpetrotentorial meningiomaの1例を経験したので文献的考察を含め報告する．
