前床突起に発生したprimary intraosseous cavernous hemangiomaの1例

Ⅰ．は じ め に

　Primary intraosseous cavernous hemangiomas （PICHs）は全骨腫瘍のうち0.2％，良性骨腫瘍の10％を占める極めて稀な腫瘍である^{1,3,4,9,11,12,14,17,18,21)}．頭蓋骨の中でも多くは頭蓋冠に発生し約70％を占める¹²⁾．特に前頭骨，頭頂骨が多く，次いで側頭骨に多い¹¹⁾．その他，蝶形骨，頬骨，斜台，上顎骨，下顎骨など頭蓋底から顔面骨にも報告されているが^10,12,17,21)，前床突起に限局して発生したPICHsは過去に報告されていない．今回われわれは，前床突起に発生したPICHsの稀な1例を経験したので報告する．
