Ⅰ．はじめに

　頸部頸動脈解離は頸部の伸展や回旋，軽微な外力が原因となることがある¹³⁾．軽微な外傷によると考えられた頸部内頸動脈解離の3例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．
