くも膜下出血で発症した多発性脳動脈瘤に対する血管内治療の役割

Ⅰ．はじめに

　くも膜下出血で発症した多発性脳動脈瘤の治療を考える際，CTや血管撮影などの画像診断上，破裂動脈瘤の推定が困難で，かつ，同一の開頭ですべての動脈瘤のクリッピング術が難しい場合，どのような治療戦略でのぞむか判断に苦慮することがある．このような状況における急性期の塞栓術の適応，問題点につき検討する．
