外減圧後頭蓋形成術における癒着防止吸収性バリア（セプラフィルム®）の有用性

Ⅰ．はじめに

　外減圧術後頭蓋形成の際に側頭筋，皮下組織と硬膜との癒着による手術時間の遅延，剥離の際の硬膜，側頭筋の損傷が問題となる場合がある．従来，この癒着の防止を目的としてテフロンシートが使用されてきた²⁾．2005年よりわれわれは，腹部外科手術などにおいて使用されている癒着防止吸収性バリア（セプラフィルム^(R)，ジュンザイム・ジャパン，東京）を用いている．従来の方法による外減圧術を施行した症例との比較検討を行い，その手術手技について報告する．
