涙腺原発mucosa associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）-type lymphomaの1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）-type lymphomaとは粘膜関連リンパ組織から発生するB細胞低悪性度群non Hodikin lymphomaで，比較的稀な亜型である^1-10,12,13)．今回，涙腺原発MALT-type lymphomaの1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する．
