脳アミロイドアンギオパチーを強く疑う脳出血に続発した脳膿瘍の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳アミロイドアンギオパチー（cerebral amyloid angiopathy，CAA）は高齢者の脳血管にアミロイド蛋白が沈着し，脳葉型脳出血や白質障害などを来す疾患で，高齢者脳出血に占める割合は少なくない．脳出血後に膿瘍を形成した報告は稀であり，今回，CAAを強く疑う脳出血後の膿瘍形成例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
