5-aminolevulinic acidによる術中蛍光診断が有用であった肝細胞癌頭蓋骨転移の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　5-aminolevulinic acid（5-ALA）を使用した蛍光診断photodynamic diagnosis（PDD）は，近年急速に普及し重要な術中支援装置の一つとなっている．脳神経外科領域においても悪性神経膠腫に対するPDDはその簡便性と有用性から多くの施設で使用されている^2,7,8)．しかし，頭蓋骨腫瘍に対する5-ALAを使用したPDDについてはいまだに報告されていない．今回われわれは，転移性頭蓋骨腫瘍において5-ALAを使用したPDDを行い，腫瘍浸潤部の同定に非常に有用であったため報告する．
