鞍上部に発生した非機能性異所性下垂体腺腫の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　異所性下垂体腺腫は比較的稀であり，鞍上部と蝶形骨洞内に好発する^7,17)．前者の起源は下垂体隆起部と考えられるが⁵⁾，この部位で非機能性であった報告は極めて少ない^7,17)．今回われわれは，鞍上部に発生した非機能性下垂体腺腫を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
