Ⅰ．はじめに

　好酸球性肉芽腫は，Langerhans' cell histiocytosis（LCH）に属する良性腫瘍であり，比較的若年に好発する．近年MRI所見の報告が散見されるが，硬膜の造影効果について言及しているものは数少ない．

　われわれは，硬膜浸潤を伴った好酸球性肉芽腫の手術症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する．
