第6頸椎上関節突起の異常増生骨により生じた外傷性椎骨動脈解離の1例―稀な遠位部塞栓症の原因として

Ⅰ．はじめに

　椎骨動脈（VA）second（V2） segmentは横突孔内を走行する解剖学的特長のため，骨棘などの異常骨の圧迫を受け脳虚血発作や脳塞栓症を生じた報告は散見される^2,6,10,14)．今回われわれは第6頸椎（C6）上関節突起の異常増生骨が原因で椎骨動脈解離を生じ遠位部塞栓症を繰り返した稀な1例を経験したので報告する．
