Ⅰ．はじめに

　悪性腫瘍において自然退縮を呈する頻度は極めて稀であり，6～10万人に1人と報告されている³⁾．今回われわれは，自然退縮を認めた鞍上部・松果体germinomaの稀な1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する．
