6．無症候性脳腫瘍

Ⅰ．無症候性脳腫瘍の最近の動向

　MRIの普及により脳ドックのみならず，一般外来でも無症候性脳腫瘍（以下ABT）の発見率が増加している²⁵⁾．しかし，その対応の根拠となるエビデンスレベルの高いデータの蓄積は十分ではない³³⁾．

　日本脳ドック学会による「脳ドックのガイドライン2008（以下ガイドライン）」の冒頭には「発見される無症候性疾患の対応に関してエビデンスに基づいた強い勧告を行うレベルには達していない．」とある⁴²⁾．本稿では，ABTの診療に役立つと思われる論文をレビューし，本分野における現状，診療指針やその根拠，問題点を述べる．
