頭皮下neurofibromaからの高度の出血を認めたneurofibromatosis-1の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　神経線維腫はカフェオレ斑とともにneurofibromatosis type 1（NF-1）に附属して認められる代表的外表異常の1つである¹²⁾．今回われわれは軽微な外傷により，頭皮下神経線維腫からの高度出血を認めたNF-1患者を経験した．同様の報告は文献上これまでに4例を認めるのみであり^11,19)，非常に稀なケースであると考えたので，文献的考察を加えここに報告する．
