特発性解離性浅側頭動脈瘤の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　浅側頭動脈瘤は臨床の場でときに経験する疾患の1つである．多くは外傷後2～6週後に自覚され⁹⁾，偽性動脈瘤の形態を呈することが多い^1,3,4,13,14)．今回われわれは，明らかな外傷歴がない特発性解離性浅側頭動脈瘤の1例を経験した．極めて稀な症例であり，興味深い血管造影所見を呈したのでこれを報告する．
