Ⅰ．はじめに

　腰椎疾患の主な症状である腰痛および下肢症状（痺れ，痛み）の原因を考える際は，腰椎疾患以外にも目を向ける必要がある．今回われわれは，急性腰痛で発症した仙腸関節障害患者の治療を経験したので，診断および治療に関して文献的考察を含めて報告する．
