過去10年間におけるくも膜下出血後死亡率の経時的変化

Ⅰ．は じ め に

　一般にくも膜下出血患者の予後は不良であり，1/3から半数の患者が死亡すると言われている．厚生労働省の統計上，くも膜下出血を主死因とする死亡者数は近年微増傾向にある³⁾が，海外ではくも膜下出血発症者の死亡率が徐々に低下しているとの報告^2,5)もある．今回われわれは，過去10年間のくも膜下出血患者から死亡例を抽出し，頻度，年齢，死亡原因，神経学的重症度，脳血管攣縮の有無などの関連因子について経時的な検討を行った．
