Ⅰ．はじめに

　頭痛やてんかんは，脳神経外科や神経内科の臨床では決して稀ではないが，それに伴う高次機能の障害は，これまで発作やその前後に関連する症候に関心が向けられてきた．しかし近年，発作間欠期でも患者を精査することによって神経心理学的な症候の存在が確認されつつある．本稿では臨床場面で見かけることの多い頭痛やてんかんに関連し，見逃しやすい神経心理学的な症候について紹介する．
